We requested a room facing the courtyard, it was arranged immediately at the front desk. They staffs are very nice. The complimentary breakfast is standard but well organized. The location is great if it is your last day in san francisco and plan to visit via Highway 1 as next step. This is very convinient and parking is for free. This is an advantange compare to staying in downtown.

The breakfast was good! Even though there were a lot of people partaking, the staff constantly kept restocking the food items. Parking was real close to our room; no need to walk a long distance. Really enjoyed the 24hr coffee bar.

It's very new & "almost" clean, room was comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, helped us to get the pick up service to the airport ($35 plus $5 airport charge to SFO Int'l airport). There is a small market and several restaurants just behind the hotel in 3 minutes walking distance. The only thing is that there was a long hair in the shower pan but other than that, everything else was good.

Being newer it was very clean. Based off of how the staff was I expect it will stay that way. The staff was also very welcoming and always greeted you with a “hello” and a smile

Amazing hotel, looked brand new, amazing hot breakfast, tons of variety. The inside decoration was amazing too. Room very pretty and bathroom even better. Loved staying here!

It was a lovely abode away from Canada for the weekend. I especially enjoyed our breakfast. There was one time when they put meat in the omelettes and I asked them if they were planning to make meat-free eggs, and so they did for me! I was very thankful to the sweet staff. Will come back again in the near future.

Great location, near where my friend's birthday party was located. Beautiful lobby and seating area in hallway. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and pillows were firm. The breakfast was good and the coffee was hot and satisfying.

It was a very short visit, just a couple of hours due to our long flight delay, we did not even get to have breakfast. It was easy to get to from the airport, not very close like some other alternatives but the property is new and in good condition. Parking and check-in was very easy without any hassle, so we could proceed to get some rest.

Breakfast was better than expected as they had hot foods as well as other. The rooms were bigger than expected and looked very clean. The staff was very friendly and overall was a great experience.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and lobby was clean, attractive and pleasant. Gym was clean and well stocked.
